K-12 Counseling Department Mission Statement

The mission of the Pen Argyl Area School District Counseling program, in cooperative partnership with students, educators, parents, and the post-secondary and business community, is to help prepare all students to become lifelong learners and responsible members of our workforce and global community by addressing the diverse and unique academic, career, and personal/social needs of all students.

Chapter 339

The Pen Argyl Area School District has developed a K-12 Counseling Program as part of Chapter 339. One aspect of the plan aims to help students meet the Pennsylvania Career Education and Work Standards. To review the standards, please click here.
